Jonathan Tran of Baylor University will lecture about 鈥淏ombs or Bread? American Exceptionalism and the Church鈥檚 Mission to the Nations鈥� on Thursday, March 8, at 3:30 p.m. in Winter Hall鈥檚 Darling Foundation Lecture Hall (Room 210) at 蜜桃传媒.
Jonathan Tran received a doctorate from Duke University and currently teaches theological ethics in the Baylor University Department of Religion. He is author of 鈥淭he Vietnam War and Theologies of Memory: Time and Eternity in the Far Country鈥� forthcoming in the Blackwell series, 鈥淐hallenges in Contemporary Theology鈥� and 鈥淭heology and Foucault鈥� forthcoming in the T & T Clark International series, 鈥淧hilosophy and Theology.鈥� Originally from Southern California, he and his family live in Woodway, Texas, and have been at Baylor for three years.
