Plans include a decomposed granite path leading from the road southeast of Reynolds Hall, a 500-square-foot patio and two, 10-foot-wide, covered hitting bays. The artificial putting green, turf trap and pitching areas will be about 8,000 square feet and will allow rainwater to drain to a naturally planted garden.

Men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 golf, an NAIA spring sport, begins with the 2019-2020 academic year. Knecht hopes to recruit at least seven men and women for the first teams.
